HOW WE GOT OUR START
When you think of a marketing or advertising agency, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? A big shiny office? Layers of employees? Contracts? Waiting for results? Huge surprise invoices? Some of those things may be necessary if you’re a multi-billion-dollar company, but they have no place in the world of small business. Slow starts, weighty contracts, and unexpected expenses could be crippling. That’s where Screaming Fans Marketing comes in.
Jen Leach began her marketing career in the telecommunications industry as it boomed in the early 90’s. She led the marketing efforts for a series of startups, and with the rest of the core team, launched companies from an idea on a napkin to $30+ million in annual revenue. Jen has continued to assist startup companies with strategy, brand creation, market analysis, and much more ever since.
Through this process, Jen worked with a host of advertising agencies and experienced all of the negative aspects mentioned above. She realized that startups and small business owners needed marketing help, but didn’t need the headaches or expense of an agency built for big business.
In 2014, Jen created Screaming Fans Marketing with the goal of becoming “the marketing agency built for small businesses.” She created a firm just for startups plus small and medium-sized companies and began delivering just what they needed: fast, effective, marketing that fit their budget.

Founder & President
Jen is a goal-driven marketing executive with 25+ years of experience in analyzing market conditions, developing products and pricing, attracting new customers, reducing churn, and increasing revenue per customer. When Jen isn’t busy helping clients grow their businesses, she is spending time with her two boys, running, skiing, traveling or hanging with her Mini Aussie, Zack!
Djenee Dunn
Contributing Content Creator
Djeneé graduated in 2013 from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations. She truly enjoys collaborating and creating, and as a Contributing Content Creator for SFM, she is able to help clients merge the gap between content and design. When she's not helping clients share their message with the online community, Djeneé enjoys brunching with friends, traveling, and catching up on her favorite shows.
Amy Mazurowski
Marketing Coordinator
Amy is an experienced events and marketing project management professional from Chicago who now lives full time in Naples. She enjoys helping guide projects from concept to completion. When Amy isn’t working you can find her spending time with her family and friends. She is always reading a good book, staying active in the gym and on her yoga mat or watching the latest stand-up comedy special on Netflix.
Madeline Young

Originally from Metro-Detroit, Madeline graduated from the University of Michigan with a dual-degree in Art & Design and Communications. She currently lives in Charleston, SC and has a passion for engaging content. Madeline enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time biking, swimming and running with friends. When she's not outside, she enjoys catching re-runs of The Office or latest reality TV obsession.
Amy Grau
Contributing Graphic Designer
Amy Grau is an award-winning graphic designer with more than 20 years of varied experience. A University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, she specializes in all things print and is social media savvy. A Naples resident since 1985, but a Chicago girl at heart, Amy loves spending time with her family, friends, and pup, as well as traveling, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors.
